Q4. A Government of India team comprising G.S. Lavaskar, Director-General of Central Council of Research on Ayurveda and Siddha (CCRAS), New Delhi and A. Narayana, Director of National Institute of Medical Heritage, Hyderabad, visited Indira Gandhi Central for Advanced Research on Livestock (IGCARL) at Pulivendula. The team proposed funding of Rs. 5 crore for establishing a quality control laboratory for testing drugs and a Centre of Excellence in Veterinary Ayurveda for training scientists.
