A Bio technology SEZ which is India first Livestock sez too was notified by APIIC the details of the SEZ is Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructural Corporation Ltd.(APIIC)

Villages: Ratchumarripalli, Peddarangapuram and Venkatampalli,

Mandal : Pulivendula, District :Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh in area of  31.99 Hectare on 24th August 2009

S.O Number 2160(E).

Please give me the details of this SEZ

1.       What is the present status of the SEZ?

2.       Why the SEZ does not have an industries so far.

3.       Why the Department of Commerce had not cancel the Allocation of SEZ status to the land which does not have a single industry and lying vacant since 2009.

4.       What are the actions taken up by the Dept.of Commerce, Govt o India on this regard?

5.       Why the  Dept.of Commerce, Govt o India hadn’t taken any action so far on this and why it does not contact the state Government in this regard.

6.       Is there any plan of action to promote this SEZ and following up with AP state government?

Department of Revenue

1.       Why the Union govt did not accord the special status to the state of Andhra Pradesh so far, even though the Ex-PM Man Mohan Singh announced on the floor of Parliament.

2.       Why the govt had not announced the Tax exemption to the Rayalaseema and Uttra Andra region so far even though the Ex-PM Man Mohan Singh announced on the floor of Parliament. When the tax exemptions will be announced.

3.       What is the status of Special Package to the Rayalaseema and Uttra Andra region?

4.       What is the composition of special package for over all development of Rayalaseema and Uttra Andhra region?

5.        Is special package composes of Heavy Industries, Higher educational, Infra, Irrigation or any others for promotion of overall development of   Rayalaseema and Uttra Andra region.

Ministry of Steel

1.   What is the Present status of integrated steel factory proposed in the state of Andhra Pradesh Kadapa District as promised in the AP state reorganization Act-2014

2.   What is the total outlay for this proposed steel factory by SAIL in Kadapa district Andhra Pradesh?

3.     What is the reason for delay in the commencing of construction activity proposed SAIL Steel factory in Kadapa.

4.     After the field visits of SAIL team in KADAPA district in AP, no announcement is made so far on the location selected and the time of commencement of Steel factory.What is the reason for it.

5.     What is the excepted total employment generation capacity of the proposed SAIL steel factory in AP?

Dept. of Defense Production

1.       Provide the list of projects proposed and under construction etc fall under Ministry of Defense like DRDO etc in the state of Andhra Pradesh with their respective location for establishment and outlay.

2.       DRDO had proposed the establishment of Electronic warfare facility for development production and testing of Electronic warfare in YSR KADAPA district Kadapa city this month September and asked for the allocation of approx. 3600 acres of land in Koparthi SEZ. Please provide the complete details of this project such as., Any area identified for this project, Total outlay, Time for completion of this project, Land required, Potential employment generation both direct and indirect.
